    Program Components

    All program components are included in your subscription fees; you may elect to leverage only those components that best meet your needs. Program components
    Technical advisor—In addition to your Esri regional account manager, Esri will assign a technical advisor focused on your account.
    GIS environment review—Access to the Esri Premium Support Services (PSS) Web site will enable you to complete and maintain an inventory of your GIS technical environment.
    Learning and services credits—A flexible spending program allows credits to be used for a corresponding value of any combination of consulting services support, Premium Support Services, and training.
    Annual account and GIS strategy review—This review will be conducted at Esri in Redlands, California or an Esri regional office and attended by key Esri technical and industry representatives.
    Exclusive enterprise-related webcasts—Access to quarterly webcasts will present business and technical information related to enterprise GIS.
    The program may be configured for additional technical advisor support and supplemental learning and services credits annually as required, subject to the terms of the program.

    Component Details

    Technical Advisor
    The Esri technical advisor will become familiar with your Esri products, release levels, applications, computing platforms, and GIS-related issues. Your technical advisor, in coordination with your account manager, will be available to
    Advise you on GIS strategies, architectures, product selection, and release planning
    Assist you with decisions regarding consulting service’s needs, business partner selection, and training requirements
    Aid you in the resolution (and, as necessary, escalation) of major technical issues
    Act as your technical advocate in dealings with Esri
    Prepare for and participate in annual account reviews
    Note: Your technical advisor is not intended to be a single point of contact, a substitute for standard support services, or someone involved in every technical issue faced by your organization. Standard support services items would be channeled through your existing software support process.
    GIS Environment Profile
    Via secure Web access, you may enter an inventory of your organization′s GIS-related technical environment, including computing platforms, databases, development tools, and general network configuration, for use by your technical advisor and Premium Support Services coordinator.
    Learning and Services Credits
    Learning and services credits provide a flexible means for you to acquire focused consulting services support, Premium Support Services, and training. Credits represent the best value and are available exclusively to Enterprise Advantage Program customers. Learning and services credits may be redeemed for any combination of the following:
    Architectural or technical consulting services support
    Premium Support Services
    Instructor-led training for one person at an Esri facility
    On-site instructor-led training for up to 12 people
    Customized training
    Standard Virtual Campus courses
    Associated Esri travel expenses
    Upon annual subscription renewal, unused learning and services credits may be carried over to the next year.
    Annual Account and GIS Strategy Review
    A key component of the Enterprise Advantage Program is a one-day annual account planning or review meeting conducted at an Esri office and attended by key Esri technical and industry representatives. The objective of the session is to define or review a high-level work program involving your organization′s key stakeholders. Typically, the work program would outline targeted objectives, proposed activities, and associated planned learning and services credit usage.
    What a Subscription Does Not Cover
    The Enterprise Advantage Program is not designed for Esri to provide project-specific consulting services. The program provides general technical advisory and consulting services support, but any project-related activities that require Esri Professional Services support will be scoped, budgeted, and scheduled separately.
